What counts as a message?
Only a visitor message answered by the assistant uses the monthly allowance. Human replies and conversations after handoff do not. Allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over.
What if I reach the limit?
New conversations go to your support inbox when the assistant allowance is exhausted. Upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing period.
Payment and trial
Prices are in Iranian toman. Payment currently uses Iranian bank cards. The trial lasts three days; annual billing pays for ten months and covers twelve.
